On Wednesday, WSOP broke out its early-week lull with 6 events in game play, incorporating 3 final tables. The winners were decided in $1,500 No Limit Holdem, $ 5, 000 Pot Limit Omaha and $1, 000 No limit Holdem.
A unique setting occurred with all 6 events condensed into Amazon room. No-limit holdem, six handed $25,000 was originally scheduled for ‘Pavilion play’, but the event moved after a few participants complained regarding their helplessness to play in more than one tournament. The ‘Pavilion room’ was empty for the day, with only a few cash-games in the play.

Kevin Boudreau and Chance Kornuth had been fighting for many hours, and both participants had very rough railbirds who built one of most passionate final table setting you will ever watch at the WSOP. After Boudreau and Kornuth knocked-out a few players, they gained entry in heads-up game play early Thursday, with almost same chip count. However, it did not last long because Boudreau was hit by major cooler, that is, with higher straight of Kornuth beating lower straight of Boudreau. Soon after, player acquired it in pre flop. When Kornuth knocked the set of 8s on flop, this was all, but over. Last 2 cards where just blanks, and eventually Kornuth turned into the winner of massive 508, 090 dollars.
